Michelle Bartlett – Director/Operator

I know that you as a client and candidate just want to be kept informed at all stages of a recruitment process and that is why I believe in looking after clients and candidates at a personal level.

I am a hands on leader so if I am not in the office, you will find me onsite working alongside my teams. After all, if you can’t do their job, how can you be expected to manage them positively?

Konyn McDonald – Permanent Placement Consultant

Konyn has recently been involved in managing contracts and facilities. He has been involved in recruitment whilst in this role and has excellent people reading skills from his time at NZ Customs and Mt Eden Prison. During his career, Konyn has also worked in the Logistics sector so has well-rounded knowledge in different areas. Konyn will be responsible for all permanent placements for Smart Recruitment across all industries.
